Privacy Policy


At Perpetuum Mobile d.o.o. („Perpetuum“) the relationships we develop with our customers, visitors to our web site and our employees are very important to us, including the company owners, management and all employees. We are committed to protecting the privacy of customer, visitor and employee data according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EC (“the Regulation”) and Croatian EU GDPR legislation. With this Privacy Policy, Perpetuum takes responsibility for the processing of personal data that will be carried out entirely in accordance with the principles of the Regulation.
 

Personal data:

According to the Regulation, personal data is described as the data which refers to the individual whose identity is, or can be established (‘data subject’); According to the GDPR Regulation, an individual or a data subject whose identity can be established is the person who can be identified directly or indirectly.

Processing:

According to the Regulation, processing means a procedure or a collection of procedures which are being performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether with or without automated tools such as collecting, noting, organizing, structuring, storing, adapting or modifying, searching, insight performance, usage, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or differentiating, harmonizing or combining, restricting, erasing or destroying.

Data Collection:

Data about our customers, visitors to our digital properties and business partners are being collected through available web forms with different purposes – for instance, subscription to the electronic newsletter, applying for our business events and seminars, showing interest in online materials available for download, as well as through personal contact with our employees at Perpetuum. Data collecting is crucial for a good customer experience and information delivery. The data that are being collected are based on the terms of usage. We collect some data automatically – find out more in the section „Cookies“, below.

Purpose and Insight:

Personal data is used for the previously declared purposes. The data will be available to external partners while being processed. Our external partners are reputable EU and globally based organizations which operate in accordance with the EU GDPR Regulation. They are providing external functions like accounting, hosting, client communication, and for other purposes. Besides this, personal data may be given to representatives of the appropriate government / public organizations if provided with a legitimate legal request or inquiry.

Cookies:

Our websites use Cookies. As you may know, Cookies are small parts of code which are executed by the browser automatically. They are necessary for the adequate presentation of web content on all devices, and without them, the use of our pages would not be possible. When data is collected in such a way, they do not contain personal data and usually serve for better functionality and user experience enhancement.

Storage and Protection

Personal data will be stored and processed within the legal timeframe and will be protected by using adequate security measures. Please be aware that no website is 100% secured and we are striving to fully protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute safety. Aside from that, no personal computer is a 100% safe from hacking or unwanted downloads. We recommend that you use all available security measures to ensure the safety of your personal computer, mobile devices and browsers.

Subject rights:

You as subjects have the right to information, correction of personal data, their removal, and the right to complain.

Information, correction, deletion – to exercise your right to information, correction of inaccurate data or their deletion, please contact us via email at privacy@perpetuum.eu. We will make sure that your request is received and resolved as soon as possible.

The right to the complaint – Occasionally, we are sending:

  • Newsletter with the news from our business
  • Invitations to our business events
  • Surveys

With each of these forms, there will be an option to unsubscribe. We guarantee that clients who unsubscribe will not receive any information unless they specifically request it again.
